CommentFilterUpton, B.J.OF5/20/2013 5:00 PMmbuser 100% (1)It's over if he can't work his way back to the top of the order. But hitting ~.230 the rest of the way is reasonable, and the uptick in HR/SB would follow.
CommentFilterUpton, B.J.OF5/20/2013 4:20 PMliam4 0% (0)In other words, I'd sell if you can get a top 100 player.
CommentFilterUpton, B.J.OF5/20/2013 4:18 PMliam4 0% (0)Depends on your expectations. Yahoo O-rank of 40 was silly;~100 here. His average should rise some given .205 BABIP (.318 career) but his power metrics and K rates are scary, and now 7/8 in order
CommentFilterUpton, B.J.OF5/20/2013 4:07 PMjjs5010 0% (0)How do you think he will turn things around?
CommentFilterProfar, JuricksonDH5/20/2013 3:45 PMmbuser 100% (1)Yes, he'll get 2B only. Andrus is entrenched at SS.
CommentFilterKonerko, Paul1B5/20/2013 3:45 PMmbuser 100% (1)You aren't alone, his Y! ownership is down to 72%. I grabbed him as a FA in one league but am starting to question the upside of waiting.
CommentFilterProfar, JuricksonDH5/20/2013 3:35 PMliam4 0% (0)So he's called up. Any idea on eligibility (Yahoo)? Does he pick up 2B, but not SS?
CommentFilterMurphy, DavidOF5/20/2013 3:33 PMliam4 0% (0)Hitting second with kinsler out, in exciting texas lineup (where does profar slot in?). starting to come around, for deeper leagues. Though 0 for 3 on SB this year.
CommentFilterKonerko, Paul1B5/20/2013 3:01 PMliam4 0% (0)Ditching Konerko. Average should rise some given BABIP of .250, but that .116 ISO is scary... all his hits are singles, power disappearing
CommentFilterAybar, ErickSS5/20/2013 1:50 PMliam4 0% (0)I'm personally taking a wait and see approach... holding onto him until bourjos return plays out
CommentFilterValencia, Danny3B5/19/2013 7:54 PMmbuser 0% (0)Substantially higher ISO than we're used to seeing but his BB:K was still terrible, and it's only the former that seems flukey. Reimold has been bad enough that he'll get a look at DH.
CommentFilterValencia, Danny3B5/19/2013 7:34 PMsrelizalde 0% (0)Valencia was once a top prospect. What are chances of him sticking this time around seeing he has been hititng well in the minors?
CommentFilterProfar, JuricksonDH5/19/2013 2:03 PMmbuser 100% (1)@JonHeymanCBS -- #rangers are evaluating whether to put kinsler on DL. if he needs to go on, top prospect jurickson profar will be promoted.
CommentFilterProfar, JuricksonDH5/19/2013 1:47 PMmbuser 100% (1)Rumors are that he's coming up and Kinsler is going to the DL. Currently at .270/.370/.438 in AAA, but it will be hard to send him back if he hits right away with the big club.
InjuredFilterGarcia, JaimeSP5/19/2013 1:21 AMmbuser 0% (0)Garcia on the DL with shoulder issues and looks like a candidate for season-ending surgery. We should have an update soon.
CommentFilterAybar, ErickSS5/19/2013 1:19 AMmbuser 0% (0)Bourjos profiles better at leadoff and Aybar obviously has been terrible. Although Bourjos only ended up there in the first place because of Aybar injury, I've swapped them for future projections.
CommentFilterAybar, ErickSS5/18/2013 1:46 PMjbs5635 0% (0)Yeah, I saw they said that on Rotoworld....just was curious on other thoughts. Thanks.
CommentFilterAybar, ErickSS5/18/2013 1:04 PMliam4 0% (0)At this rate, seems likely bourjos takes that slot back. Aybar probably then hits 7th or 8th
CommentFilterAybar, ErickSS5/18/2013 12:59 PMjbs5635 100% (1)Will he keep his leadoff role when Bourjos comes back? I was expecting something similar to his last couple of years with an uptick in runs...but man he has been awful.
CommentFilterStanton, GiancarloOF5/18/2013 12:57 AMmbuser 0% (0)Yes, indeed. Pushed him (and Logan Morrison) out to mid-June.
CommentFilterStanton, GiancarloOF5/17/2013 11:05 PMafox11284 100% (1)Need to adjust his projections. No way he will be back 5/24. Mid June at best.
InjuredFilterAnderson, BrettSP5/17/2013 11:04 PMmbuser 0% (0)Stress fracture in his right foot. Out for a few months, and he could miss the season if his next update (in a month) doesn't provide good news.
CommentFilterGyorko, Jedd3B5/17/2013 10:40 PMmbuser 0% (0)His current OPS is still a bit below where we've projected him, and that's despite his hot streak.
