Found a good formula for QS that I've been using: http://fantasybaseballcalculator.webs.com/quality-starts-predictor In terms of K/9, you should be able to calculate that yourself with total strikeouts and innings pitched. Same with XBH if your projections give you all types of hits (total hits, doubles, triples, HRs).
