Sanchez vs Tanaka?

Anibal Sanchez vs Tanaka is what I mean and the cats I am looking at are Wins, ERA, WHIP, K per 9, Quality Starts and Strike Outs.

With your settings, they are projected similarly.  Sanchez gets a boost since he's projected to pitch more games while Tanaka is considered an injury risk since he opted to not have surgery on his elbow last season (choosing rest/rehab instead). Tanaka has looked good this spring with no health issues so if your team needs some upside, I'd be fine picking him.

This is not entirely accurate.  He was told by 3 doctors that the surgery was NOT recommended and the rest/rehab program was him following their orders.  

This is completely different than say... Cliff Lee, who was recommended to have surgery but chose not to.

I certainly won't argue that, but he's still pitching with a torn elbow ligament making him a riskier own this season.
