MLB Park Factors

We use data back to 2000 with new parks only using data from when they were built or reconfigured.

We apply a weight to each factor based on the number of at bats at the park. The more at bats, the higher the weight, up to 100%.

HR (% of hits that are HR)  3B (% of hits that are 3B)  2B (% of hits that are 2B)  Avg (% of ABs that are hits)  SO (% of PAs that are strikeouts)  BB (% of PAs that are walks)
