Value versus Position Value

Draft coming up soon which is the better metric to sort and use when drafting.

For example when sorting these two metrics using my projections Buster Posey has a value of .42 (4th Round) but a position value of 2.10 (1st round) . . . Should he be taken more towards the 1st round or more towards the 4th round?

I would use Value or even Dynamic Value since it's based on remaining stats in your draft.  Positional Value should only be used to see which positions are hard to find.  You'll also want to keep an eye on ADP and make sure you don't reach too much for a position.
