Which is a better strategy to draft with? My Yahoo! league has 2 DLs and may expand to 3 with 12 teams. Maybe Using total projections plus Replacement Players? What do you guys typically use as the basis for your drafts? I try to keep Position Value in play as well.

It does depend on your settings.  If it's a roto with bench that typically won't play, using Total Value with Replacement is best. In your situation, it looks like you can easily stash hurt players and replace them with waivers without losing games played too. What are your settings?

It is a head to head points league. Points are geared more towards hitting. We have 10 active batters, 7 active pitching spots, 8 bench and 3 DL. Is Total Value with Replacement best for that?

One more question: Is this a weekly lineup, or can you swap players each day?

You can swap daily. Next day adds.

Still looking for confirmation on this. Is Total Value with Replacement Players the way to go for drafting? 12 team points league with 4 next day adds per week

Yes, that looks best for your settings. The assumption is that you can replace injured guys in the active lineup when they're out so you'll want to make sure you don't overdraft injured or injury-prone players.
