it seems that the vegas odds are backwards.  all of the favored teams are + and vice a versa.  for instance odds today...  STL is showing at +145, vegas has them at -145 (they are the favorite)

Yes, I think they are correct. the +145 you're seeing for STL is with a -1.5 run adjustment.  I think you're talking about the far-right value which is -153 for STL. Sound right?

I would take the run line down it can be confusing. I am a gambler so I get it, but I can see where it could be confusing to people looking at the odds. Just the standard odds would be good.

I agree, I'm a novice at looking at Vegas odds and I find these confusing I end up looking them up in standard format.  But I presume this way is alot easier to display.

The goal is to show the relevant info for DFS, and there likely is a better format.  To me, the projected final score is all that matters.  Obviously, the over/under is there so finding a way to distribute the runs within that over/under would be the next step.
