The weather update for the daily tool has been off. I went to RotoWire and saw more of an 80% chance of rain where the Monster site said just 60% I think more attention should be paid to the weather. There has been a few instances of this early in the season and on sites with no late swap this is the easiest way to flush your funds. This on top of Bauer getting scratched yesterday and no mention of it until after line up locks.

Not trying to pile on but as a paying member I have the right to voice my opinion. I came here from Basketball and was very excited about this upcoming season however I have been disappointed in the Baseball version. It just does not compare with what was offered for hoops. There is just to many stats for one guy to run on his own and the result has been a dip in the product offered. Just in daily alone for hoops there was on average 8 games a night meaning projections for 160-175 players. Now there is one guy doing 15 games a night so projections need to be done for about 270 players on top of lineup changes/scratches/weather. Add in yearly league duties and it is a daunting task. It is the first month so I will keep an open mind, but I really hope things change going forward.

I'll defend ken on the Bauer news for yesterday. They did have a post up about 20 minutes prior to the game that Bauer was going to be out and it gave me time to swap in the Tigers right handed hitters. But there could definitely be some improvements like a noticed a lot of times players projections aren't changed for lineup adjustments. For instance when Bauer was ruled out I thought there should have been a change in the projections for the Tigers hitters. Same thing I have noticed a player might not be in the starting lineup and will have a note saying he's not starting but will sometimes still be projected for a significant number of points

In hoops if a player was listed as questionable there would be a big ? rather than a check mark by your lineups. If a player was ruled out there would be an X. Now unless you click through on every single lineup you have no way of knowing. Like you said even if they are not in the starting lineup they are projected for an obscene amount of points.

Yes, switching lineups to see who's out is a bit much so I'll use the same warning system I use with basketball.  If a player is marked out, they will still be projected for 1 game with a small number of ABs (with the potential of pinch hitting) so it should be a small number of points too.
