Help set -up

Hi

Noobie to site not sure about how to set-up for best use . Have 3 teams loaded, 2 keepers daily, 1 weekly non keeper.

Not sure what some of the stats mean and which ones to use. There is know glossary on the stats that 

would help for noobs like me? Not sure about custom set up either. Is there any explanations on all things available?

Can I import stats like wOBA, BABIP,LD%,FB%,GB%,GB/FB ratio etc.
