New H2H/Roto Feature: Punt Controls

There are now punt controls on many H2H/Roto pages.  Using these, you can turn categories on/off/punt without going to the League Settings page.  Changes made with the punt controls do not affect your saved leagues settings and are reset each time you visit the page.
