Yeah MLB time!

Question about MLB and the Games field under daily projections.

for the top players, this is 1, for other its .7, some its .4. Is this projecting the odds the players starts, or is it projecting the player is pulled?

If we see a player with a games number of .7 or .4 and they are in the starting lineup, should their projections be bumped?

I guess another general question is how will numbers change as lineups come out, or will they not?

For starters, the games field should be 1.  If you see any starters with less than that, please let us know.  For relievers, 0.5 means we expect this players to pitch in half the games.  It's not intended to be a probability because we don't attempt to determine the likelihood of a reliever pitching in the next game.

For lineups, we receive those from RotoInfo (usually hours before the game), and they do affect the daily projections for that day.

Thanks, makes sense for pitching.

Just to follow up for position players, still not clear on that.

Jordanny Valdespin for instance has .7 games listed for daily projections.

Once his teams lineup is out, will this become 1 or 0?
