Curious how you came to his projection (#3 SP) , as Tampa Bay is a top 10 team vs LHP (0.327 wOBA).
Checking the stats with the factors on/off, he's getting a boost in Ks, less hits, and less ER. The park factors @ SEA also favor pitchers. I'll dig a little deeper to see which factors are making the largest difference.
