help with position adjustment

HI, New to site, this my position adjustment for year projections.

The green number means I'm good or need help, where i would 

gain most points? When I do daily catchers show up at bottom

all the time and 1B have Rizzo so it is confusing. Please Help

The higher green numbers mean that position is harder to find for your league.  In your case, the average catcher is 0.89 less than the average of your top players.  The 1B of -0.73 means it's easier to find 1B with value than C.  Does that answer the question?
