Roto 10 team Keeper

R, RBI, HR, TB, AVG, and OBP

Curently have Salvador Perez thinking about grabbing D Norris SD.

Perez is decent in HR and AVG seems to be lacking everywhere else.  Norris is a plus everywhere but AVG. Who is likely to have the better second half?  Will Norris keep his spot in the order?

I would stick with Perez.  He's projected to be better plus he has great job security on a good offensive team. He's been steady for years, and the second half should be a small improvement over his current season.  Norris has been good, and he bats 2nd vs. left and down the order vs. right (which is the majority of games). As mentioned, I prefer Perez, but they're close enough in value that it's a low-risk move if you prefer Norris.

In a ten team roto league I would recommend streaming catchers daily if you don't have an add-drop limit. Playing catchers in favorable match ups will give you better results than playing Norris or Perez every day
