What am i missing here?
He seems to have one of the top 5 worst matchups based off wOBA and ISO facing a Philly team that has been hitting of late and hasn't reached the posted FD Projection of over 14 since May.

The factors do like him today with a +1.6K and -0.7ER. The odds favor SD with a -139 moneyline and a low over-under of 6.5 (only the LA game with Kershaw is lower).  Shields also has an ERA of 3.18 over the past month so he's pitching fairly well.
