The projected starters and lineups have been added for all of September. The intention is to allow users to project their playoff weeks. These will likely change often as players are called up, starters changed, etc., and therefore, they will be updated daily.

THIS! IS! AWESOME! not only for us H2H players but even Roto players can use the Weekly Projections & then specify the ROS in the range. This will credit/debit players for strong or weak schedules. Fantastic!

Do you know about what time of day the updates will be made? Does it take into account things like the Mets going to a six man rotation starting Sunday or Duda being back from the DL in a 7-10 days?

They will be updated based on news during the day or in the morning for overnight news. The two items mentioned: Mets 6-man and Duda are taken into account, but if you see something missing feel free to let me know.
