What's a good site to get up-to-the-minute weather info for the ballparks?

There are some really high chances for thunderstorms.

Also, when you say there is a 90% chance of thunderstorms, does that mean there is 10% chance of the storm avoiding the ball park area while there are thunderstorms in 90% of the other areas?

Twitter will likely be the best up-to-the-minute source. Search Dfs weather. Your assumption on what 90% means seems reasonable.
