I was afraid you would say that. With 2015 Projections, the addition of one player to my lineup can swing the analysis in my favor. For example, I have A.J. Burnett as a pitcher and I'm waiting to see how he does. He's someone I consider streaming. Michael Pineda is on waivers after being dropped for his lackluster performance. If I pick him up and drop Burnett, then it swings the pitching in my favor by two cats based on Projections. A 2-3 loss becomes 3-1-1. Should I just drop Burnett now and get Pineda? I've got a bye this week, so it's a matter of getting ready for the matchup next week. During the season, I didn't exactly trust projections, so I looked at the hot players list first and then projections. I usually went with the hot player list over projections unless it was pretty obvious the player would do well for the long-haul. 0% Agree (0 votes) |
