With the help of this site, I was able to win 3 of 4 of my SABR points leagues and destroyed the competition in points-only roto. Last year I won 3 of 3. One league I failed to come in 1st or 2nd for the first time in baseball. I came in 4 of 8 because my team really struggled down the stretch. Some of that was related to missing out on a number of starting pitchers in the draft, but my hitters were also not performing (and I drafted VMart and Cabrera). Also other teams figured things out and could have used Baseball Monster for all I know. I did appreciate Ken's support early in the year to add features. Some of the features requested were added and this helped. There were a fair number of bugs early but Ken cleaned them up fast.
Another thing: I didn't trust the in-seasons projections on the site, as much as the Zips/Steamer projections. I didn't have a problem with Basketball Monster as much but perhaps it's a community thing, where the voices are limited and people don't ask for projection updates. I am glad there is the import feature, so I imported data from Fangraphs (Zips and/or Steamer) periodically, but this can be time consuming. So I wrote a script to help me, but it still doesn't resolve name difference. I'm thinking of releasing it for others if I can polish it up a bit.
