I would say definitely make that trade, especially given the recent injury issues for Walker. Archer has also shown a ton of upside the last couple years and has shown signs of turning his season around lately. There's also no way archer will have a hr/fb ratio over 20 going forward. Once that normalizes it's fair to assume from here on out he will be a pitcher with low to mid threes era while striking out a batter an inning
