Timely lineup updates

I don't think this happens that frequently, but right now, I'm sitting here while the rest of the world has acknowledged SF has their lineup posted, but BM DFS is sitting here like they're out to lunch.

This kind of thing needs to be happening quickly as lineup lock approaches.

Yes, the lineup was received, but we needed to add a projection for Ruben Tejada.  You should see SF now.

Seattle lineup now been out for 12 minutes at least and site hasn't updated. Seems to be a recurring issue.
