Custom Projections

I'm curious whether it is, or will be possible to do custom projections here, as we do on Basketball Monster? While these projections are great, I'd love to be able to take advantage of other publicly availble systems.

I believe we'll be implementing custom projections as one of the next tasks.  It sounds like you need bulk import ability?

Well, a bulk import would be ideal, but I was willing to do it by hand.

In general, while I appreciate the work you guys do to create the projections, there is so much good public projection data out there that I think this would be a neat feature to add (and might lessen the load for you). Being able to use STEAMER or ZIPS would likely allow for greater preseason projection accuracy, as well as give you guys more time to work on other elements of the site. There is no Fangraphs for basketball, so this is really a baseball specific request.

But even if it's not preloaded, letting me upload an excel sheet (formatted however you guys need), would be great. I could format sheets and make them available to other users as well, if this feature is added. I figure STEAMER and ZIPS are the big two, but a few sites also put together composite projections which are useful.

Yes, custom projections will be available this weekend along with the ability to import csv files of complete projections set.
