You can add an avatar image from your User Settings page.
I apologize if this is covered somewhere else.
The option is not available for me to toggle on when I look at the schedule analyzer. How can I get this feature to be available?

You're looking to only show the Top Players under the Available Players column? If so, that's something that could easily be added.
