Eric Thames and Verlander

I picked this guy up off FA and he's killing it.  I was offered Yoenis Cespedes.  Sell Thames or keep him?

Also, what's your take on Verlander?  This guy going to bounce back from his rough start and still be a top 20 pitcher?

Assuming he can stay healthy, I prefer Cespedes the rest of the way.  Thames will have to cool off and bat mid 200s at some point.

Verlander started with two very good games and then had the 9 ER game.  He's still more reliable than most SP so I would not panic.
