how often should I update ROS projections?

just looking for some advice on how often to update. I normally do it every few weeks (if i remember) A friend in another league says they do it everyday, which I thought was a bit much. 

What does everyone else do when it comes to updating projections.

What projection source does he use that actually updates daily?  I probably would update it every day if I had something reliable.

It was fangraphs ROS projections. I've been trying to keep track the last couple of days and do not see a significant enough change that would require that much maintenance. I am going to try and keep it to once a week on Sunday's and see how that works out.
