Which column should I be looking at for the Utility spot in my lineup for the final week? If position doesn't matter what do I sort by?  Can't believe I dont remember the answer to this question.

I'm not sure what you're asking.  You need a player for next week, and it can be any position?

Sorry to be unclear. Anthony Rizzo now qualifies at 2B, which is crazy, and I own Pedroia. When I set the weekly projections up and turn off the categories which are out of play, Neil Walker also pops up as one of my highest rated options.

Normally, I would put Rizzo at 2B and try to stack my lineup with the best SLG and RBI guys I can find. But  the Weekly Projections suggest that Pedroia and Walker are better options than Desmond and Davidson . Essentially, that I should put Pedroia at 2B, Rizzo at 1B and Walker at Util over say, Desmond and Davidson.

Basically, I should set my parameters and then pick the top players i can sortec by "Value" consistent with lineup restrictions. I should ignore POSV and just go with straight value.

These look like close players, and I would also view their game log.  We have default lineups for L/R, and assume those lineups are used every day (with no rest).  The game log will better tell you which players might rest.  For instance, Walker is unlikely to play all games.
