I'm personally not high on Haren this year, but I think it could be a fair deal. Needs some context though. How do you feel about your other pitchers, how many teams in your league, can you replace Haren (or stream pitchers vs. MIA/HOU) if need be.
To me, Cabrera/Trout/Braun are a tier above everyone else and worth giving up multiple players. Though worth noting that Gio has a high value too; in my twelve team league, you're gaining 1.1 of hitter value and losing ~1.0 of pitcher value. So depends on your other pitching, and you may need to scramble a little there, but you def got the best player.
