How/when do Vegas odds update?

Det/Bos total is supposed to be 10, but only 9.5 on DK DFS page. Hou/Tex just went to 9.5 at all books, but still only 9 here. I tried refreshing page, etc. but nothing changes. Any idea? Thanks as usual!

I see they're 10 and 9.5 now so there may be a slight delay.  I currently update every 10 minutes but could make it more frequent.

As a followup, why is Colorado favored over Pittsburgh right now? I see 5.6 COL and 5.4 PIT. Pittsburgh is favored (slightly) at every sportsbook right now and has been most all of today I think.

It's calculating projected runs based on the moneyline which is -103 for COL.

Pittsburgh is favored everywhere. Odd they would only 5.4 and you would have Col at 5.6 What about my question just before that about updating odds quicker than every 10 min? Thanks as usual!
