DFS for 2019

Yes the DFS Projections would be great! Would you add the projections for RTSports? I know its not as popular a site as the major ones but its the only one my state will alllow me to play on, thank you.

So I guess DFS is a go? On the home page it says Daily Projections under Coming Soon.. Hopefully we get the builder as well before opening day

We won't be supporting DFS this season.  The daily projections are for full season leagues, and they'll be maintained similarly to the DFS projections the past few season.  DFS users may still find them useful for research since they'll contain matchup info (woba,etc.), projected/confirmed lineups, odds, and weather.

We just don't want to mislead people into thinking they're guaranteed to be up-to-date enough for DFS purposes.

Ken, so you will still have wOBA and ISO for SP and hitters, just basically not the points projection for the day for FD, DK, etc? Will this be a paid service? Just trying to find the avenues I want to take. Thanks.

Yes, wOBA/ISO/etc. will be there.  These are projections so you can configure the scoring to match whichever provider you wish so points projections are there too.  It just won't have the pricing and the tools to build lineups.  Also, as mentioned, these are not guaranteed to be up-to-date since they're not intended for DFS.  Projections are automatically updated as lineups come in, but since we may not always be monitoring the site, any oddities may cause a delay in projections being updated (which is why we're not calling them DFS projections).

OK, cool. Sounds like what I utilize anyways. When will this be available for purchase? Also, will WOBA/ISO for Opening Day be up on Wednesday or will we have to wait until Thursday morning?

Wow that’s disappointing. I know there’s a lot of sites out there to build dfs lineups but baseball monster’s had such a easy to read layout I just loved it. It’s a sad day in mlb dfs for me and I’m sure a lot of people.

Very sorry to hear on the DFS, Ken. That said, appreciate your transparency and not offering it if you weren't confident in its level of maintenance, etc. Hope it's back next year.

Agree with short_stack. Was the best lu builder out there due to it's simplicity. Hopefully this doesn't mean an end for the next season of NBA DFS as well.

Ken, I dont need the lineup builder or projections. I'm looking for the features where you can see fantasy point per game averages, and the custom settings to see current year ceilings, etc. Will you still have those on the site?

Personaly I hate to see the DFS aspect go. Ive been a longtime user and look forward to useing BB Monster as part of my daily prep. Heres a nod to bringing it back in the future and a THX for the years of great service.

I agree .. My process was always reviewing the DFS aspect using.. BBM. I also use Basketball BM as a part of my LU build. I appreciate the diligence and time it takes to do DFS but the pitcher stats versus the DFS field / DFS Site was almost priceless for me. It gave me an edge on MLB.

Sorry to hear about the DFS. For me it was valuble to use the research columns to be able to spot players playing well. How much trouble would it be to add about 4 columns to the daily projections that you could customize to show fantasy points scored over the past few days?

All we want is last year's set up, prices by names, ability to select games. Perhaps someone else can input it all if the original people in charge do not want to. We can also pay a price of some sort. Work with us here! :)

Agreed eking64.  I would so pay for it, just as I did in the past when they used to charge.  This is not useful for me as the DFS version was.  I keep checking back hoping they have changed their position but looks like I will have to finally part ways.  I'm still a member of basketballmonster though lol

It's been fairly easy to maintain so I have enabled it.  It's mostly automated so it may not always be up-to-date.

Good Morning,  Thank you for the DFS Section this is a great help to daily research.  Are you able to add a notes text box to the view?  It would be helpful to list stacks or 1 off plays that may not easily noticiable with the Like feature.
