FanTrax and Yahoo worked fine. This was my first year attempting to sync with ESPN.

For what it's worth, it does not work for me, either.  I've used it previous years with no issue, but tried it for the first time this past weekend and couldn't get it to work this year.

I have an inconvenient work around until the issue is fixed.  The way the ESPN access works, we need to get the users SWID (ESPN ID) and ESPN S2 (enctypted login code).  I'll need to update the process to convert the username/login into these two since ESPN has changed the process again.

You can directly enter your SWID and S2 into the authentication page here: https://baseballmonster.com/Authenticate.aspx

You can find these values by viewing your browser's cookies.  For example, using Chrome, click three dots in upper-right to open the menu and click Settings.  Search for "Cookies". Click "Cookies and other site data". Click "See all cookies and data". Search "ESPN" under Cookies. Open ESPN.com, and get SWID Content as SWID and espn_s2 Content and ESPN S2.

I'll keep working on a real solution, and let me know if you have any success.

Ken, I have two Yahoo leagues. One of them is a new league for this year that I was able to "import players from Yahoo"  The other is a league that has been running for a few years, but when I go to "import players from Yahoo" i get this message...An error occurred connecting to the Yahoo API. I have authorized Yahoo but keep getting the message. Do you know how I can correct this problem? Thank you

Your workaround worked but now my imports don't seem to be updating the rosters. It says the rosters were imported but they're just the rosters from the draft. I tried to delete the teams and import again but it is still reflecting the post draft rosters without the moves that happened since.

For ESPN users - I followed the instructions below for SWID espn_s2 and it worked perfectly.

I just tried an ESPN Mock Draft (changed the LeagueId for my real league to the mock LeagueId), and it worked for a while cutting and pasting the pick history.

After 10 rounds or so, it showed that it loaded, but then it waited for BBM and failed with:

I have a real draft tonight at 8:30 PDT.

Is there a limit to the size before the manual import fails? I just tried 2 ESPN mock drafts, and it worked fine for about 10 rounds (100-140) players, before failing. My real league is 16 teams of 19 players each. Will the manual import still work late in the draft?

I'm still having the issue where it only imports the post draft rosters. I have deleted the league completely and then did the workaround again and it just keeps importing the original rosters. Is there any work around for this or any idea why this could be happening? Thanks in advance.

@TooSteep - I've upped the size limit of the import which I hope solves your issue.

@smolitaris - I recall some issue with H2H leagues reading the active rosters for the current week until next week begins.  I'll see what I can find.

The moves were made before the week started so it's not reflecting the active rosters at lock either but I know I didn't have any issues with this last season. Appreciate your effort regardless.

I'm having the same issue with ESPN.  It imported my post-draft roster but isn't updating for add/drops, even though it says the import was successful.

@Toosteep - I was able to draft ESPN 26 rounds with a 10 team.  Didn't have issues with the import though it began to take a while, so I manually marked players as taken and refreshed, and that seemed to work

So, ESPN is mostly working for me. I got through the draft doing the cut and paste thing, although the later rounds were dicey.

As far as "blank rosters", I get them particularly after doing an import. But I've found a workaround... go to "Rankings" and do the import. Verify that you see some shaded cells for taken and my players. Then go to Projections and do a Refresh. That seems to clear things up until I do the next import.

It looks like you can import ESPN currently.  Are you still having trouble?
