Position Selector

Hey Ken! 

As always, really appreciate your work on this and keeping the site up/going. Would it be possible to add a "Select/Deselect All" option with the player positions? Thinking in the Player Rankings/Projections pages specifically but might be useful on other pages I'm not considering as well.
