Linking FAntrax to Monster

I would like to link two FAntrax teams to my Baseball Monster account.  All attempts have failed.  Is there a way?  If not, is there a go-around to accomplish the end?

I manage two teams on Fantrax.  Here are the league ID's for each:

Bush League is "rm1dkdi9m1rfgsjo"

Diamond Dynasty League is "kzjgulz3m4n11r1b"

The rosters for these two have been imported.  Make sure the settings are correct under Settings/League Settings for each since those aren't imported.
