You can add an avatar image from your User Settings page.
Some mentions of mismatched Yahoo! positions in the other thread. I'm also seeing some discrpancies in the current Y!Rank column in Projections versus Yahoo! actuals. What is your frequency for syncing with Yahoo!?
I did just sync so let me know if any seem off.
