Which players to roster?

I have 5 bench slots, plus I have to fill an outfield slot (currently held by Carlos Quentin).  Which players to roster out of Quentin, Nolan Arenado, Carlos Ruiz, Eric Young, Kendrys Morales, Josh Rutledge, Matt Joyce, and Arizona relievers David Hernandez and Matt Reynolds (I only have one closer right now)?

More specifically, I think I should definitely have Quentin (I can bear his poor average), Arenado and Rutledge.  So my questions are:  Who is the right reliever to have on the D-Backs now, Hernandez or Reynolds?  Should I hold Ruiz as my backup catcher to Victor Martinez (or try to trade one, though neither have value until they start hitting).  And is Morales worth having - he projects best currently but Mariners offense is pretty rough.

Right now, I'm thinking odd men out are Eric Young, Hernandez (rough year so far), and Joyce.

Young makes sense to cut, no question. I've still got Hernandez ahead of Reynolds for fill-in closer. You like Joyce a lot, so you should probably hold on to him.

Thanks, appreciate it.  Fair ribbing on Joyce.  He would never have hit my radar except for the value shown on his original projections here.  i think he's in for 110-130 games, streaky hitter with decent HR and decent counting stats -- like last two years.  I think your point is that there isn't much upside beyond that, and that makes sense. That said, I want him for the games at Coors this weekend.

given the love I've given Joyce, how about gentleman's bet -- I'll take over on 120 games, 20 HR, 6 SB, and 65 Rbi's.

Any view on Martinez vs Ruiz?  Any value to holding two catchers or is it a wasted roster spot?  Neither would clear waivers.  I chose Martinez this year because I think he'll get more at bats than most catchers, but he may not be right.  Average will rise as babip reverts to mean, but ISO of .051 shows no power.
