I'd say no because I don't buy a big breakout at this stage in his career, but not confident on it. And depends what you need, how active waiver wire is and value of #1 priority, etc.
Agreed that it comes down to a variety of team- and league-specific factors, but it's going to be a no in most cases. Crisp + bum hammy = trouble
