Not Understanding How to Import Custom Projections

I can't figure out how to import custom projections.  I've read the PDF instruction file, but it's rather confusing.  For instance, it says that the input file must contain the following columns in this order, yet the picture has the categories listed as "rows" and not "columns."  Moreover, the instructions then say that the first "line" of the file must be "....." but I don't know if that means that the first line must be that long-string, in addition to the columns instructions, or how, frankly, those two instructions play with each other.

Is there a picture of an excel file I could see that explains this a bit better?

That's not a picture, it's a list of the stats that you need - the headers are for columns and not rows, as stated. Once you have your spreadsheet set up, you'll click "Save As" and select the .csv option.

Open your .csv file with notepad and that's where you'll see the lines in this format (at least it should be): player_ID,last_name,first_name,games ...
