Hoping for some general advice

I want to start by saying this is my first year in a roto league.  I believe I have a very good team, however they have been underperforming thus far.  I really think once they get healthy and hit their stride I am going to leap up in the standings.  I am currently in 6th place and this is where I stand in each category:

BA HR RBI R SB OPS K ERA WHIP W S QS
7th 5th 7th 3rd 10th 5th 9th 4th 3rd 7th 6th 3rd
 
I have been bouncing around a few offers, but haven't pulled the trigger on any yet.  I definitely have some excess in the OF, so if I do anything I think it would be pairing an OF and Jordan Zimmerman for an upgrade if I can pull it off.  I believe overall my bats are better than my arms, despite currently being ranked better in the pitching categories.  Hoping to get some suggestions on what my plan should be going forward.  Thanks!
