Hey guys, would appreciate advice. So I had Moreland who was doing well for me. Then he goes on the DL and I pick up Lind, who's been doing just as well since I picked him up. With Moreland slated to come off the DL soon, should I keep Lind and drop Moreland or should I drop Lind once Moreland comes back? 0% Agree (0 votes) |
They are both very good options. Since Lind is currently playing well and healthy I would keep him. Moreland is a fine stash. U can wait and see how he does when he is healthy and not almost healthy.

Who else might be droppable? I've got the same situation in another league but also have Justin Morneau, so he'll likely be my drop.

My only other droppables are Aoki, Melky Cabrera, and Evan Gattis. I was considering dropping Gattis because he doesn't always play but because he is a catcher and I can play matchup I'm hesitant to drop him. But what do you guys think?

Gattis has been a per-game monster, but of course the kicker is his playing time. If you can play the matchup, then I can see holding him. One guy I'm really starting to wonder about is Aoki - his past 28 games: .307/.375/.342, 17 R, 0 HR, 3 RBI, 0 SB, 3 CS

Thank you so much for your insight. Wow I didn't realize the last 28 games. With Aoki, I knew he wasn't a power guy. But damn, I didn't realize I didn't get a SB from him for almost a month now. This definitely gives me some food for thought. Appreciate it!!!

I think Aoki stole a base tonight. I'd dump Melky.
