Keepers and Machado

Currently I sit at 95 points in my 10 team roto keeper league and the team in 2nd is at 68.5. I'm feeling pretty good about my chances at winning this year and I've started to think about my keepers. I lucked out and grabbed Segura very late in the draft and my other options include Myers, Fowler, Fister, Jarrod Parker, Beachy, Pineda, and Carlos Martinez. Out of that group I'm leaning towards taking Myers, Beachy and Pineda. 

It got me thinking about potentially trying to acquire Machado and what a reasonable price to pay is for him. Votto and a 1st round pick? What is his value in a keeper league?

Votto isn't a keeper option? Assuming he isn't... Machado's price in a keeper is going to be insane, which I suppose Votto + Rd1 qualifies I might hold off until closer to the trading deadline, though, just to be sure. Lots of season left.
