Standard Roto League.

I have them both riding my bench because they are disappointments.

I played Stanton today because it was a quality game.

Can I drop either one?

Or wait and hope one of them gets hot?

Who else do you have in the OF and who would you pick up? I have Stanton too, but it's a keeper league, so I'm stuck with him.

Are you really going to drop these guys in a roto league? no

Well I can't play either one right now.

I think they are both hitting like under .250 since the all-star break.

Also, It really handcuffs me when I need to stream pitchers.

Stanton is barely hitting his weight right now.

Do what makes you feel good. In the end, it's your team.

Well I figure I need to keep one of them.

So which one do I keep?

That's your call, it's your team. I'm not dropping either player to stream pitchers.

I'm really behind in my IP and need wins.

I could drop Dane De La Rosa, but I like hoarding closers.

Do you need SV? Is Brett Gardner really helping you enough to keep carrying him?

With Gardner I need the steals.

I'm in first in saves, but not by much.

SV is one category and it sounds like you need SP stats more. If you aren't in imminent danger of losing multiple points in the category, then I'd move on. Same story with Gardner: STL is one category, so if playing him is costing you in other multiple categories, then it's a net loss.

Ya I guess I have to drop a closer.

I am middle of the pack in steals and it's extremely tight. Like I could gain 3-4 points or lose 2 in the category.

I was considering adding Willie Venable or Michael Brantley when I'm not streaming a SP.

I tried dropping Stanton, but he's on the yahoo can't cut list.

I guess I could try trading him for a garbage player.

I offered Stanton for Posey.

I need a catcher and he's been disappointing lately as well.

Had to let Cespedes go, playoff time and there's NO TIME to wait for him to get hot again (which hasn't been often this year). Victorino is gone too because of hammy problems.  Time to find the HOT players and run with it as long as I can.  I'm going up against the highest scoring team in the league and it's NOW or never to get to the finals.  Names don't mean a thing at this point, POINTS do.

Yep, can't wait around once it win-or-go-home time.

I wasn't able to move Stanton, so I'm stuck with him.

Yoenis Cespedes has yet to earn a start from me since the all-star break unless one of my guys is getting the night off.

Example: Tonight I was forced to start both Stanton & Cespedes (my batting average is taking a beating).
