Daily Projections: Fan Throwdown Support Added

You can setup your league by going to League Settings and clicking the Fan Throwdown button at the top.  Also, these instructions give an overview of setup for all providers.

What time do you download the salaries from Fan Throwdown?

We start processing the next day's prices at midnight (central).  I see there's currently an error with their XML feed so I will look into that now.
