Hey guys,

So I am in three leagues this year, but every year life becomes a bit more complicated.  I am no longer able to just stare at my phone or sit next to the computer waiting for news of player call-ups, big games, etc.  Hoping to get some opinions on the best/quickest ways you guys get information whether it's the Fantasy Alarm app or certain Twitter feeds.

I know I just said I don't have as much time to be looking at updates, but if I were to get an alert or something on my phone I could try to pick someone up ASAP.  It's just a matter of no longer being able to be fully engaged in everything that is happening every single day. Setting line-ups isn't that difficult since 2 of them are weekly leagues, so active/inactive news isn't as important.  It's more a matter of a knowing when to rush to the wire to grab a must-own guy.  Like the Trout call up two years ago and Puig's call up last year.  The concern is I was able to grab both of them each year because I was constantly checking rotoworld and saw the news when it broke. Thanks guys!

Get a twitter account and follow major baseball writers etc....I was somewhat anti-twitter but started using it for hoops and it's been great. There is an @NBAfantasy on twitter and they know most updates before the rest of the crowd it seems. Try to find a similar outlet for baseball, then set your phone to alert you when whatever twitter accounts you decide to follow tweet something.

Thanks.  I'm on twitter, it's just a matter of who to follow I guess.  For the record I wasn't the down vote.

Here's some of the better fantasy MLB tweets that I've found to follow:

How about any RSS feeds? Or is that too old school?

Hahaha I jailbroke my phone and installed a new app that gives you access to twitter feeds along with RSS straight from the lock screen without having to open the apps.
