Justin upton for Adam jones

Adam jones hasn't been performing on a high level this season, which has been reflected in the rest of the year projections.. He has been heating up lately though .. What do you guys think, should I get justin upton for him?

They're very close in overall value and individual stats too. Upton gives you runs while Jones gives RBIs. Jones has a great health history, but not enough to make a considerable difference. I would lean towards keeping Jones, knowing baseball is a season of ups and downs.

I would keep Jones.  Especially considering that Davis is back and will attract more attention from pitchers, thus leading to better numbers for Jones.
