Can't keep everyone , can only keep 10 players my only pitchers are Hamels and stroman so I consider price a big upgrade and for my bats I already have posey Cabrera kipnis Stanton upton Pedroia betts eaton gallo to choose from thoughts ?

Okay, so it's 10-player keeper and not dynasty. Dynasty = keep everyone every season, where players like Russell would have more value. With that being the case, I'd do the deal. Stroman looks great but Price is clearly the best player in this deal and you don't need to stash all those minor leaguers.
