Add Davis Drop Blackmon

Hi Guys - in a 6X6 H2H Dynasty - OBP league -- Blackmon has been awful -- thinking about dumping him for Raja..here is their last 2 week stats...would u do it? I have plenty of young prospect talent in Springer, Baez, Addison Russell, Jorge Soler, & Corey Seager to absorb losing a younger Blackmon

I would prefer Blackmon in a dynasty league I wouldn't make any decisions off of a 2 week sample size

It's bigger than just 2 weeks even -- here is the 1 month -- Davis has been better even tho he wasn't a fulltime player the entire last month. Unless someone can give a real good reason not to I'm going to pull the trigger. I'm punting HR & RBI - so keep that in mind too -- Davis fits that perfectly

Blackmon is young and for the year has had third round value while for next year it is questionable that davis will even be a starter. Next season Blackmon will see a bump in counting stats with Tulo, cargo and Cuddyer back

It sounds like you're interesting in knowing which is the better bet the rest of the season and not worried about keepers, correct? If so, we do like Davis better the rest of the year.

correct Ken - I have plenty of top end young talent in Springer, Baez, Mookie, Addison Russell, Soler, & Corey Seager - so losing blackmon over the long run won't hurt me -- I'm looking at strictly this season

Grabbing Davis looks good to me then. Going into this season, the Tigers didn't want Davis to play every day, but that seems to be their plan the rest of the way. As of now, they are also a playoff team so there's not much of a risk of him being benched for a prospect.
