I'm in a 10 man 6X6 H2H -- I LOVE this trade for my playoff run -- tho I may eventually regret moving Richards in future years.. thoughts? 100% Agree (3 votes) |
You won't regret it if you win your league this season, period. As for future years, you aren't exactly leaving the cupboard bare. Cashner is very good. Archer has developed nicely, and can still improve if he further refines his control. Leake is solid, if unspectacular. You are obviously trading larger future unknown for known, which can be looked at positively, and I'll never fault someone for going for the win. You have no idea if you'll be able to compete next season or beyond. 100% Agree (2 votes) |

made a couple more moves -- in total sent out 7 players in all my deals & got back 5 -- below is a combo of all the moves I made in 1 trade analysis... I moved Pedroia in anticipation of his concussion being a possibly season ending given the Redsox having nothing to play for..I may have given up alot of hitting talent but I bolstered my pitching to the best in the league 100% Agree (1 vote) |
Great moves should give you a better chance to win this year and not terrible for next year either. If Blackmon leads off again next year with Tulo and Gonzalez back he could put up some good counting numbers. Edit: Sorry I looked at the trade analysis wrong but I like it for you either way since it helps you this year. It will hurt you for next year but that shouldn't matter if it gives you a better chance for this year, especially if you now have the best pitching in the league. 0% Agree (0 votes) |
blackmon was part of the parts I sent out...I got the Cashner, Keuchel, Archer, Gordon, Leake end of things - just making sure we are on same page 0% Agree (0 votes) |
