We have Rank which combines Hitters and Pitchers, and we also have TRank (type rank) which is a unique rank for hitters and pitchers.  For example, if Kershaw is overall Rank #1 and Trout #2, Trout would have a TRank of #1 since he's the top hitter.

If you mouse over it says "Hitter or Pitcher ranking depending on the player type"

I'm having trouble reading the projections. When I go to Rankings, Kershaw is in the 18th Round. Doesn't seem right.

Assuming your points-per-stat settings are correct, it looks like your scoring favors hitters pretty heavily which is why Kershaw is so low. Are you sure those are correct? If so, then some pretty mediocre hitters will give you more value than Kershaw.

Are positional values factored into Rankings? It looks like the rankings are based on total value. Is total value total points or based on positional value?

Positional Value is for display only, and players are sorted by Value (or total points in your case).

My rankings have Desmond Jennings at 54. Last year he was a free agent in my league. Why the optimism?

He was likely a touch high, and currently we are making the following assumptions for him: Full-time leadoff vs. left and split leadoff and lower in the order vs. right.  We are also expecting him to miss games due to injury.
