Chris Davis, Choo and Andrus for Miggy

So I'm proud of this trade.  Yahoo pro 5x5 roto, just drafted.  8th pick and got stuck with Chris Davis, who I don't have great confidence in. Missed the good 3B and let the position drop for a later trade.  Picked Andrus but nabbed Brad Miller late, who has a better per game value.

So I fill my 3B need, grab the best player in the game, at the cost of SS depth, Chris Davis and Choo who I do like.  I'll miss Choo's SB but am dealing from surplus in his strength in runs.  I think my team gained substantially in projection value.  Any thoughts I gave up too much in my obsession with having a top 2 player?  On the surface I am dealing a first round, fourth and sixth round pick for a single first, which seems crazy.

Team still misses fifth/sixth SP, got scooped on Haren, Fister and Estrada late.

A good trade for roto. Basically like acquiring Durant in hoops. Now just stay vigilant on the wire and build that depth back up.

Thanks Matt.  I suppose I should have offered less, half the league is calling for a veto because I gave up too much, but he'd already rejected a couple offers.

But still feel good about the trade and will hit the wire hard.
