12 team H2H Points Keeper league. I'm currently 3-7 (tied for last) despite being 6th in points. I have the most points against and a lot of bad luck. I think I need to upgrade at SP but I'm really not sure what to do. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Note: Gallo, Heaney and Meyer are in minor league spots.

Are you able to stream starters all week, or are your rosters set weekly?

Weekly. I've had a lot of bad luck in that department. After Felix and Shields, I've made the wrong decision often.

I was depending on Cobb to be my #3 and then rotate Lackey/Estrada/Miley/Burnett/Peralta as my 4s and 5s depending on their matchups every week. Cobb has been hurt and now bad...the others have seemingly only been good on my bench.

I don't know if I should perhaps move a hitter to get a more stable pitcher? or just hope my luck changes?

Based on your points scoring, the more starts per week, the better even if the pitchers are not very good. Do you try to stream 2-start pitchers each week?

I have generally stuck with my current pitching staff, as waivers/FA is completely bare (Chris Young is the best available SP). Do you suggest I dumpster dive each week for two start guys? Not against that.

I would use the weekly projections to find available players each week (set your default filter to Available & My Players). For example, Brandon Cumpton is available next week and projected at 26.21 points which is better than a typical single start from Kershaw (19.53). If there are no limits to your transaction, I would stack each week with mediocre  2-start pitchers.
