Is Puig and Shields too much for Ellsbury?

12 team 6x6 Weekly Roto (OPS and QS)

Should I aim higher than that?  I really need steals and Puig's the only player that actually intrigued Ellsbury's owner.  The league looks to be figuring him out a bit as I've been watching almost all of his at bats and he can't seem to lay off the offspeed pitches down and away.  I know everyone is saying to sell high on him, just not sure this is high enough.
